The Reputation system is something you might not be familiar with, you may have seen on your profile you have a positive or negative reputation, you may be asking how does that happen and how I can affect it for other members. Well here is how you do it.

If you look at the bottom right hand corner of another persons post, you will notice that there are 2 icons, a plus and a minus icon. next to those you will see a number, in fact you too can see just the number on your own posts.

That is where you can give a member a positive or negative reputation point for that post, click the plus to increase the posts reputation and click on the minus to lower the posts reputation.

All these reputation points for members posts are added together and an overall reputation is displayed on your profile.
